15. How do I schedule an appointment?

1. We provide mobile DOT and non-DOT drug testing, oral fluid drug testing, mobile phlebotomy (blood draws), fingerprinting (ink cards), background checks, motor vehicle records (MVRs), and occupational health screening services. We come directly to your home, office, or job site.


2. Yes. Our collectors are trained and certified to perform DOT urine drug testing and DOT oral fluid collections in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations.



3. Yes! We are a fully mobile company. We travel to homes, businesses, clinics, job sites, and other approved locations for your convenience.

4. We proudly serve Toledo, Northwest Ohio, and Southeast Michigan, including Detroit, Monroe, Bowling Green, and surrounding communities.

6. We partner with trusted national laboratories including Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely results.

7. Yes. All DOT-regulated laboratory drug tests include review by a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) when required.


8. Rapid tests may provide same-day preliminary results when applicable. Laboratory-confirmed results are typically available within 1–3 business days, depending on the type of test and any additional confirmation testing required.


9. Appointments are recommended to guarantee availability, but same-day appointments may be available depending on our schedule.


10. Absolutely! We work with businesses of all sizes by providing comprehensive employee drug testing programs, random testing, consortium services, and customized workplace testing solutions.


11. Yes. We currently provide FD-258 ink fingerprint cards for employment, licensing, immigration, and other approved purposes.

12. Because we are a mobile company, travel fees may apply depending on your location. Any applicable travel fee will be discussed before your appointment is confirmed.


13. Yes. We follow strict privacy and confidentiality standards. Your personal information and test results are handled securely and shared only with authorized parties.


14. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved electronic payment methods. Business accounts may also qualify for invoicing.
